- One slice of Food for Life Ezekiel 4:9 loaf (or healthy grain bread of choice)
- 1 tablespoon nut butter of choice.
- 2 or three thin slices of peach, pear or apple.
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed pistachio or nut of choice.
- Coconut oil.
Mix nut butter and crushed pistachios or nuts of choice.
Cut loaf slice in half and spread coconut oil on one side of both halves. Lay halves in pan, oil side down. Spread nut spread on one half, layer fruit slices on top. Flip other loa half on top with oil side up.Grill.Press down while you grill to press the ingredients together.Flip to grill other side.
Cut that in half. Makes two servings.
