- 3 whole grain type crackers
- 1 Tsp. hummus
- 1 Tsp. minced kale
- 1 Tsp. organic raw chunky peanut or almond butter
- thinly sliced 1 in X 1 in swiss cheese squares
Mix kale mince and hummus. Spread kale and humus mix on cracker Number 1. Lay swiss cheese over hummus spread, spread remaining hummus. Top with cracker Number 2. Spread peanut/almond butter on top of cracker 2. Top with cracker 3.
