Cracker Foraging Food

Ingredients:

  • 3 whole grain type crackers
  • 1 Tsp. hummus
  • 1 Tsp. minced kale
  • 1 Tsp. organic raw chunky peanut or almond butter
  • thinly sliced 1 in X 1 in swiss cheese squares

Directions:

Mix kale mince and hummus. Spread kale and humus mix on cracker Number 1. Lay swiss cheese over hummus spread, spread remaining hummus. Top with cracker Number 2. Spread peanut/almond butter on top of cracker 2. Top with cracker 3.
